1. General Information

1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation in indoor cricket coaching sessions (“Coaching Sessions”) provided by Ballistics Sports Club (“Provider”).

1.2. By enrolling in the Coaching Sessions, participants (“Participants”) and their legal guardians (if applicable) agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Registration and Fees

2.1. All Participants must complete a registration form and pay the applicable fees before attending any Coaching Sessions.

2.2. Fees are non-refundable except in cases where the Provider cancels a session.

2.3. Discounts or special offers, if any, will be outlined in the registration materials and are subject to change.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

3.1. Participants are expected to arrive on time for all Coaching Sessions.

3.2. The Provider is not responsible for any missed sessions due to late arrival or absence.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. Participants must behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants.

4.2. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to, aggressive conduct, bullying, and use of inappropriate language, is prohibited.

4.3. The Provider reserves the right to expel any Participant who fails to comply with the Code of Conduct without a refund.

5. Safety and Equipment

5.1. Participants must wear appropriate sports attire and protective equipment as required.

5.2. The Provider will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of Participants but is not liable for any injuries sustained during Coaching Sessions.

5.3. Participants must inform the Provider of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the start of the Coaching Sessions.

6. Liability

6.1. The Provider is not liable for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged during the Coaching Sessions.

6.2. Participation in the Coaching Sessions is at the Participant’s own risk. The Provider is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the sessions, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Provider.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1. The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule Coaching Sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, inclement weather, facility issues, or coach availability.

7.2. In the event of a cancellation by the Provider, Participants will be offered a makeup session or a prorated refund.

7.3. Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment must provide at least 48 hours notice to be eligible for a partial refund.

8. Media Consent

8.1. By participating in the Coaching Sessions, Participants and their guardians consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, and other media taken during the sessions for promotional purposes by the Provider.

8.2. If Participants or guardians do not wish to consent, they must notify the Provider in writing prior to the start of the Coaching Sessions.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1. The Provider will collect and store personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

9.2. Personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Coaching Sessions and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Amendments

10.1. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Participants in a timely manner.

10.2. Continued participation in the Coaching Sessions constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Delhi, India.

11.2. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal procedures.
